Please read the information in this document carefully to avoid any delay in the processing of your reservation.
- Groups must sign an agreement form that is generated specifically for them after making their reservation. This signed agreement is their binding contract with us.
- Groups will provide a list of names involved with the function either on or before the first day of the reservation.
- Groups will be held responsible in billing for 75 percent of the number confirmed 90 days prior to their event and for 90 percent of the number confirmed two weeks prior to their True Friends Conference & Retreat Centers reservation date.
- Groups should supply a certificate of insurance in advance naming True Friends as an additional insured. Please contact your insurance carrier and have them forward a copy directly to True Friends. Unless we have your certificate of insurance in hand before your group arrives at our facility, your group will be assessed an additional 3 percent charge on lodging fees. Certificates can be faxed to 952-852-0123, Attn: "Conference & Retreat Centers" Please reference your group name and reservation number on the fax cover sheet.
In addition to the signed agreement, your non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit and agreement must be received 90 days before the day of the event in order to secure the reservation.
True Friends Conference & Retreat Centers reserves the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather such as subzero temperatures and blizzards. If this is decided, a member of our staff will contact your group leader and inform them of the decision. Every effort will be made to reschedule the reservation. However, if that is not possible, your deposit will be refunded.
Payment of Balance
The balance of payment for your visit is due within 30 days of departure. True Friends accepts payments in the form of a check or online payment by major credit card. Please indicate your reservation number on any check when making payment.
Please Note: Tax exempt organizations, including non-profits, are required to pay Minnesota State Sales Tax on food and lodging.
